Who I am.

A woman. Daughter. Mother. Partner. Healer.

Full. Empty. Giving. Asking. Resisting. Accepting. Constricted. Letting go.

I pass through the gateways of my feminine life, sometimes with more support, sometimes with less.

I meet myself more lovingly each time.

I meet my sexuality, approaching, distancing, approaching; opening, closing, opening.

I meet my motherhood more extensively each time, knowing my strengths and weaknesses.

I meet my relationship, with my partner, more vulnerable each time, learning to listen, share, and forgive.

I meet my womb, each time softer, giving, receiving and present.

I meet my children, releasing notions, connecting with my strengths and seeing these more clearly.

I meet the pregnancies that didn’t culminate in birth, more complete in myself each time.

Filling, emptying – with each moon dying and rebirthing myself into life.

Revealing my heart more with each beat as I truly agree to feel.

Again and again knowing and learning my inner shadow with truth and humility.

Allowing the light to enter through me and shine with every breath.

Knowing sadness, knowing joy, connecting and reconnecting with my inner source, filling the spring of my life, nourishing my heart.

Remembering and forgetting; knowing and not knowing.

Alive.

Since my youth, my inner healer has taken me all over the world to learn from leading teachers.

I study and teach ancient knowledge – knowledge rekindled, bringing healing to women so they can renew the connection with themselves,

their femininity and their bodies. I call this work the feminine healing arts.

I facilitate and support healing processes in life and body transitions and gateways through listening and mentoring, uterine massage therapy, feminine wellbeing workshops + one on one sessions, and Yoga.

I’m a certified practitioner of Arvigo Uterine massage, Shiatsu, Gynecosophy and I’m also a Yoga teacher.

My primary intention is to restore women’s belief and sense of responsibility in relation to the possibility of their wellbeing and self-healing.

In the process of treating women in my clinic, I provide guidance for self-care according to their needs and life style.

Since healing concerns body, mind and spirit, and if women so wish, I also enable emotional sharing and supportive conversation in the course of the treatment, while listening to the unique rhythm of each woman, each womb.

Processes of transformation and healing move and excite me; I experience profound, personal satisfaction in witnessing other women who live their lives through awareness, presence and connection. My journey of learning and deepening into myself and my essence is a way of life I adhere to thoroughly and courageously.

Being in nature is important to me; it revitalizes me; and natural water resources restore my strength, bringing me peace and calm. Laughter and dance fill me with love and remind me of what is most important.

My children inspire in me the desire to go on developing my capacity for love, healthy and attentive communication; and to continue to grow into my kindest, most loving self.

In my relationship with my partner, I have the privilege of expressing the practice of listening, reconciliation and tenderness, as well as an experience of passion and pleasure.

And the circle of brothers and sisters I spend time with, infuses me with trust in life and in human beings, whereby together we rise!

I am filled with gratitude for all my teachers and the knowledge that flows to and from me.

Grateful, too, for all the people who enable me to accompany their journeys.
